INBO

Your diabetes data, watched over.

INBO brings your glucose readings, meals, insulin log, and a team of monitoring agents into one place — and keeps an eye on things so you don't have to.

What INBO does

INBO is a diabetes companion app for people living with Type 1 diabetes and gestational diabetes — and for the families who look after them. It connects to your CGM, makes logging meals and insulin fast, estimates carbs from a photo, and puts a team of monitoring agents to work on your data: they notice patterns, flag things worth discussing with your care team, and check in at the moments that matter, like bedtime and after meals. INBO never computes, displays, or recommends insulin doses or treatment amounts — your numbers, your provider's settings, and your own arithmetic stay entirely in your hands.

Your team of agents

Bedtime Guardian checks glucose, trend, and active insulin before bed. Post-Meal Tracker follows up two hours after you eat. Pattern Spotter reviews your week for recurring highs and lows. Every observation is exactly that — an observation, written to be discussed with your care team.

The Dose Helper worksheet

Your logged numbers and your provider-supplied settings, laid out in one place next to a general-purpose calculator. You do the math; INBO keeps the values organized. It never adds, totals, or fills in a dose for you.

CGM connected

Works with Dexcom, FreeStyle Libre (via LibreLinkUp), and Nightscout. Your readings appear on Home the moment you open the app, with honest timestamps — and honest notices when data stops.

Carbs from a photo

Snap your plate or a menu and INBO estimates the carbs with AI. Estimates are educated guesses, clearly labeled.

Family in the loop

Share your data with parents or caregivers. Optional SMS alerts for designated emergency contacts (see the SMS program below).

Reports for your care team

Clean visit summaries built from your own logged data.

Important

INBO does not provide medical advice and does not calculate, display, or recommend insulin doses or treatment amounts. All clinical settings shown in INBO are supplied by you from your healthcare provider's prescription. Always work with your care team.

Text alerts for emergency contacts

An INBO account holder can designate a family caregiver to receive SMS alerts for critical low-glucose events. The caregiver receives a single welcome text and must reply YES before any alerts are sent; reply STOP anytime to opt out, HELP for help. Emergency-only frequency — most caregivers receive no messages in a typical month. Message and data rates may apply. Full details, sample messages, and terms: inbo-app.com/sms-terms.
