My dose calculation looks wrong
Open Settings → Insulin and confirm your ICR, Correction Factor, AIT, and target BG match what your clinician wrote. INBO calculates from the ratios you enter — it doesn't override clinician instructions. If the numbers are right and a specific calculation still looks off, email us a screenshot of the New Dose screen and the meal you were logging.
I can't log in, or I lost my device
INBO doesn't use passwords — each install is identified by a random device ID created on first launch. If you reinstalled or switched phones, your previous history lives with the old device ID. Email rtp@inbo-app.com from the same address you used to contact us before, and include the old device nickname if you remember it.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your data on INBO's servers and on the device. The full privacy-policy note on account deletion is at inbo-app.com/privacy §12.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Apple manages INBO subscriptions. Open the iOS Settings app → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → find INBO and cancel there. Deleting the app does not stop billing by itself; canceling the subscription does. Apple's help page: How to cancel a subscription from Apple.
